The Board of Knottwood Village (the Village) envisions a community of neighbours that work together to foster a quality of life that makes Knottwood Village a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the company of friends, family, and community. 

This neighborhood feels will foster the well-being of owners and residents and may place Knottwood Village high on the list of choices for people who are looking to move into a condo community.

Mission:
The mission of the Board of Knottwood Village is to preserve and enhance the property by maintaining the common areas and promoting the initiatives that make the village a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live.

Values:
The Board values the implementation of responsible, accountable and collaborative decision making that stewards the use of common funds and assets of Knottwood Village and supports of the community within the village. 

To these ends, the Board makes decisions that are transparent and reflect leadership with integrity, dignity and respect of Knottwood Village owners and residents and the trust they have placed in the Board.
